We are led by our habitual tendencies which are formed through many many lifes has been passed by conciousness.

Ones’ happiness are controlled by their own, they have all the choices for being happy or not.. It’s all about guiding the habitual tendencies to the path of happiness, how to overcome disturbing emotions. 

It’s all about transforming those habitual tendencies, everything in this world is changing, nothing is certain, but death. we’re all need transformation to be happy, we need to practice.

Three steps to happiness practises: mind over body, mind over soul and the last is mind over mind. pull back all the conciousness not travelling arround, be present now & here, happiness is here to stay. watch ur emotions, watch your breathing in & out, watch calmness within the beauty of nature.
